It seems I only get scrapping done when I’m at a retreat these days! I packaged up my stash and headed along to a retreat a few weeks ago with my mum and, after a slow start, I managed to get my groove back and kicked out a whole bunch of layouts.
I was so excited when I received Graphic 45’s “Raining Cats and Dogs” collection and this was the first chance I’d had to really play with it, so brace yourself for an onslaught of cat layouts 🙂
Materials: Graphic45 Raining Cats and Dogs papers, hessian, string, rusty bell, leaf charm, Bazzill, KaiserCraft pearls
This one started life as a layout, but I couldn’t quite make it work, so I left it as an “off the page” stand-up photo frame. I love this photo of Indiana, taken one day when she managed to escape into the front yard – the tortoise-shell orange stripe on her head is really prominent, which usually means she’s in a naughty mood!
Materials: Graphic45 Raining Cats and Dogs papers, tag and chipboard elements, ribbon, Bazzill, Thickers
This is such a true photo of Austin, looking very cool with his paws crossed. This layout came together really easily, they are such gorgeous papers it’s hard to go wrong!

Love this photo of my gorgeous boys snuggled up on a cold winter’s night, they’re so sweet! I took inspiration from a layout from a KaiserCraft magazine for this one (see page 23 of the October 2014 magazine) and I just love the colours, popping against the neutral background.

Another pretty simple layout, but effective I think, showcasing the “pussonality” of Miss Indiana, the troublemaker.
